AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH ALTER A/K/A JOSEPH L. ALTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH ALTER A/K/A JOSEPH L. ALTER N/K/A ELISA ALTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
