NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-053820, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and OZANNE MARCELLUS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OZANNE MARCELLUS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; GLADIOUS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.

LOTS 77, GLADIOLUS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 58-63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
