NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated 7 day of May, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 15-CA-051393 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC is Plaintiff, and STANLEY BURYN is the Defendant, that I wiH sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 8 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, t -wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 5309, UNIT 58 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23 PAGES 128 THROUGH 147 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
