BRADLEY; WILLIAM J BRADLEY; TRI-CITY NATIONAL BANK; FIFTH THIRD BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT BRENNAN NKA KATHLEEN BRENNAN; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.; IBERIABANK, A LOUISIANA BANKING CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ORION BANK; PALERMO AT THE COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9 day of June, 2016 at 09:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 403, PALERMO AT THE COLONY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3771, Page 4353, and subsequent amendments thereof, Public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
