NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4 February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000822-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee for WaMu Mortgage pass-through Certificates Series 2004-PR2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and DDM Trust Services, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, as Trustee Under Land Trust No. 1800 dated 7/10/2012, Gulf Gate East Homeowners Association, Inc., RBC Centura Bank f/k/a RBC Bank USA, Stephen J. Shuman, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Land Trust No. 1800 dated 7/10/2012, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 21, BLOCK 6, GULF GATE EAST, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 45 AND 45A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
