NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 002302 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHERS CLAIMING AND INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SALLY J. JORDAN, DECEASED; PINETREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GINNY MCGEE A/K/A VIRGINIA ELLEN MCGEE; SUE MATZEN A/K/A SUSAN ELIZABETH MATZEN; DAVE MCGEE A/K/A DAVID N. MCGEE; BILL JORDAN, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM THOMAS JORDAN, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM THOMAS JORDAN; CATHY J. ORAVETZ A/K/A CATHERINE JEAN ORAVETZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 31, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 25, PINE TREE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O R BOOK 1474, PAGE 87 THROUGH 158 INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 44A THROUGH 44L, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
