NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, and entered in 2011 CA 007237 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN H. LENIGAN; GERI LENIGAN; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES HEINTZ; WINDEMERE HOMES, INC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
