NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-00369-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and Karen McNeilan AKA Karen N. McNeilan FKA Karen N. Koch AKA Karen Koch, Tommy McNeilan, Englewood Water District, South Venice Civic Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00AM EST on the 9th of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
