NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000824-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE'S FINANCIAL REALTY MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST, SERIES 2006-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CONSTANCE D. FLORER; KRISTY L. ISBELL; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BOSCO CREDIT II TRUST SERIES 2010-1; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KELLY FLORER, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of JUNE, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, OAK CREST ESTATES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 64 AND 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
