NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 512015CA002510CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN UNRECORDED REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 2004 AND KNOWN AS THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DECLARATION OF JOHN E. SNYDER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER THAT CERTAIN UNRECORDED REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 2004 AND KNOWN AS THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DECLARATION OF JOHN E. SNYDER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 2 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 430, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 119 AND 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
