NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000509-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ALETA K. SNIPPE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
