NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000190 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, New Port Richey, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and SCOTT ANDREW CREGGERAKA SCOTT A. CREGGER, KENORA LANETTE CREGGERAKA KENORA L. CREGGER, COLONY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PASCO COUNTY, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 109, OF COLONY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 24 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
