NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA003805CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GARY A. HAIDER; JUDITH A. HAIDER; COUNTRY WALK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY WALK VILLAS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC;, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of JUNE, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT F- PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
