NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated April 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004054-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey R. Meyer; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey R. Meyer, as Trustee of the “J & K Land Trust” Dated October 11, 2004; Jeffrey R. Meyer as Trustee of the “J & K Land Trust” Dated October 11, 2004; Karen A. Malluck; Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Malluck, as Trustee of the “J & K Land Trust” Dated October 11, 2004; Karen A. Malluck, as Trustee of the “J & K Land Trust” Dated October 11, 2004; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and all other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 374, REGENCY PARK, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
