NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001385-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Komeh F. Trina a/k/a Komeh Francis Trina; The Unknown Spouse of Komeh F. Trina a/k/a Komeh Frances Trina; Chris Trina a/k/a Christopher Trina; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Bank of America, NA; Seven Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 5, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-17D, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 79 THROUGH 82, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
