NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012CA-8208WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-RS3 is the Plaintiff and Karen A. Young; William J. Young; SunTrust; Pioneer Title, Inc.; ISPC; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 436, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 119 AND 120, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORDIA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
