NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA003178CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff, and ED DONNELLY A/K/A EDWARD D. DONNELLY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 74, Briar Patch Village of Seven Springs, Phase I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page(s) 79 through 83, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
