NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of January 2016 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003853, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and HYO JOO A/K/A HYO S JOO; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MERCEDES HOMES, INC.; MIN KYUNG JOO; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, IN BLOCK 8, OF GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, AT PAGE 286, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
