NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002269 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9, is the Plaintiff and Marcel Luxana; Mira Lago West Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for First Franklin, a Division of Nat. City Bank of IN are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 23 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 133, MIRA LAGO WEST PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED N PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 84-99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
