NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed April 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002594 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Arbor Lakes of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc., Janine M. Smith, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Home Loan Center, Inc., DBA Lendingtree Loans, a California Corporation, Todd H. Smith, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
