NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002111 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR8, Plaintiff and ELSA MARIA KEYSER A/K/A ELSA KEYSER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 12, KINGS LAKE PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
