NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 4108 of MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT FOUR, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 27-28, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4103, Page 1536, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2700 Bayshore Boulevard, #4108, Dunedin, Florida, 34698
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 3, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
