NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007016-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Columbia Towers, A Condominium, Loyce Kompar, as an Heir of the Estate of Mildred Sargent a/k/a Mildred Agnes Sargent, deceased, Lynne Odgaard, as an Heir of the Estate of Mildred Sargent a/k/a Mildred Agnes Sargent, deceased, Shelley Lee Johnson, as an Heir of the Estate of Mildred Sargent a/k/a Mildred Agnes Sargent, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mildred Sargent a/k/a Mildred Agnes Sargent, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 309, THE COLUMBIA TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 91 TO 94; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 3353, PAGE 921 TO 952; AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
