NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-003073-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Indian Springs Condominium Inc., Linda L. Ford, Michael T. Ford, SunTrust Bank, Kevin O'Donnell, Pinellas County, Florida, Tenant #1 NKA Keith Lennick, Tenant #2 NKA Debra Stewart, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1202, BUILDING 12, AS SHOWN ONCONDOMINIUM PLAT OF INDIAN SPRINGS COLONY FIRST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 93 THROUGH 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THATCERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED APRIL 29, 1974 IN OFFICIALRECORDS BOOK 4165, PAGES 338 THROUGH 408 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIALRECORDS BOOK 4494, PAGES 1735 THROUGH 1792, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONSAND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TOTIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLASCOUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE APART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMONELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
