NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-009103-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAHIA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM NO. 2 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC is Plaintiff, and ALLAN WEIL; DEBARAH WEIL; DOUGLAS EDWARD WEIL; MICHAEL ARTHUR WEIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS EDWARD WEIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL ARTHUR WEIL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA STEVE SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 NKA BETTY SMITH are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of June, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 106, Building V-2, of BAHIA DEL MAR II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5262, beginning at Page 2012, and Condominium Plat Book 54, Pages 114 through 125, inclusive, and any and all amendments to the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium or Condominium Plat thereof, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the percentage share of the common elements as set forth in said Declaration.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
