NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-010949-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, DARREL WARREN FOLSE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 707, GREENBRIAR UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
