Final Judgment was awarded on March 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-008365-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, SELENE FINANCE LP is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A. PERKINS; BOUCHAIB FADIL; CITIBANK, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

AND BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO PATRICIA A. PERKINS, A MARRIED WOMAN, BY DEED FROM PATRICIA PERKINS, MARRIED, DATED JANUARY 19, 2007, AND RECORDED MARCH 23, 2007, IN DEED BOOK 15699, PAGE 994, AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA
