Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated April 29, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 15-009699-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ULTIMAR TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DAVID McCOMAS, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1707 of ULTIMAR TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 7872, Page 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of June, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
