TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants - claiming by, through, under, or against NANCY J. GRAF a/k/a NANCY GRAF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY J. GRAF; LYNNE ELIZABETH LION, as last known heir of Nancy J. Graf, Deceased; JOHN DOE, as Unknown Tenant; and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenant

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Mortgage and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 16, DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat, thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 34 through 37, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: STEVEN M. DAVIS, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. Alhambra Towers 121 Alhambra Plaza, 10th Floor Coral Gables, FL 33134 on or before 6-13-2016, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
