NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006563-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-0A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0A1, is Plaintiff and ANTHONY KUPSIS A/K/A ANTHONY JOSEPH KUPSIS A/K/A ANTHONY J. KUPSIS; KIMBERLEE U. KUPSIS A/K/A KIMBERLEE R. GENDIS-ULMER; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; TANITA L. FLEMING; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 ANNETTE PASSARELLI-DAVIS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of JUNE, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 57, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION SECTION FOUR, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
