NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 1315B, Building 13, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 12663, pages 1378 through 1560, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 129, pages 1 through 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2016.
