NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004633 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4N, is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF BURDELL M. ABRAMS F/K/A BURDELL M. SHCKELFORD, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “E”, LAKE MAGGIORE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2400 22nd S Street, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
