NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 5, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-017684 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and CLIFFORD J. DAVIS, CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY BANK, LAS PALMAS TOWN HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., BAY CITIES BANK, GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION, ELLEN GESELL, H. MARY MCKEOWN, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLIFFORD J. DAVIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 3, Las Palmas Townhomes, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 44 and 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
