NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-007823-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and JAMES T. MORRIS; MARY JOYCE MORRIS; BAYSHORE YACHT AND TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY SHORES YACHT AND TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 404, BAY SHORES YACHT AND TENNIS CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4369, PAGE 309 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 63, 64, 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
