NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002138-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE VILLAS DEL VERDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 61, VILLAS DEL VERDE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
