NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007133-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, is the Plaintiff and JAMES PRIMONT; et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 217, BELLEAIR VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14244, PAGE 1955, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
