NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 15-003968-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and DIEGO GAUDIOSO A/K/A DIEGO A. GAUDIOSO are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 211, FOREST RIDGE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 43, 44, AND 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
