AS TRUSTEE, MARM 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES D. MCCANN; PAMELA LONGE-MCCANN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC. DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
