NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015, and entered in 11-009473-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JAWAHARLAL KOTHA; POORNIMA KOTHA; SEMINOLE PALMS OF LARGO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BYMERGER TO SOUTHTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
