Notice is hereby given to JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BIENVENIDA S. IGNACIO, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BIENVENIDA S. IGNACIO, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BIENVENIDA S. IGNACIO, that an action to foreclose on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 9, Somerset Lakes Unit Four, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 53 through 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tompkins A. Foster, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is, 121 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1420, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the clerk of the court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
