NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005802, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and SEMIRA HOFFMANN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LUBNA HAMEED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 5, ORANGEWOOD HIGHLANDS 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
