Final Judgment was awarded on October 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-6187-CI-15, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, is the Plaintiff, and JAMES MONTESANO; ROSANA MONTESANO; WENTWORTH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WENTWORTH GOLF CLUB, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; AMERICAN ACCESS CONTROLS, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 64, WENTWORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
