CARL HEFFNER A/K/A RONALD CARL HEFFNER; STEPHANIE HEFFNER; BELCHER COMMONS LLC; PNC BANK NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
