NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-006192-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC. PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2006-QO3 is Plaintiff and DREW TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, NICK XENAKIS, ISLAND POINT INC., NO.1, A CONDOMINIUM, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A GEMEE DORN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A EMMANUEL DORN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICK XENAKIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas State of Florida, to wit: Unit 703, Condominium Units of Island Point, Inc., No. 1, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 3985, Page 413, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 41 thru 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
