NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on March 22, 2016, in Civil Action 15-000962CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, and against all Defendants listed by name: NICOLE TOBIA, a single person, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, UNKNOWN SPOUSE of NICOLE TOBIA, UNKNOWN TENANTS 1 and 2 in POSSESSION, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of June, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block O, Replat of Block O, La Punta Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 4, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of 519 Corto Andra St., Punta Gorda, FL 33950
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
