NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on March 22, 2016, in Civil Action 15-000964CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, and all Defendants listed by name: LISA J. DUFFY and JOHN J. REILLY JR., a married couple, UNKNOWN TENANTS 1 and 2 in POSSESSION, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11 AM. on the 6th day of June, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 18, and the East 1/2 of Lot 17, Block M, La Punta Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 4, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of 332 San Carlos Drive Port Charlotte, Florida 33950
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
