NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15001511CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH4 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO D. MELENDEZ; LOURDES MARTE A/K/A LOURDES MELENDEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
