NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 3, 2016 entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000673, Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LSREF3 NAVY, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ELLEN MEADE THOMAS, CRAIG A. THOMAS, ELLEN MEADE STUDIOS, INC. and ELLEN MEADE SCHOOL OF CREATIVE LEARNING, INC., are the Defendants, I, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2016, the following described real property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida to- wit:
Begin 320 feet South of the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence East to land deeded by S.C. Gates to Homer L. Robinson; thence Southerly and Easterly along West boundary of land deeded to Robinson to the East boundary of said Forty; thence South to a point 520 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Forty; thence West to West boundary of said Forty; thence North 200 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS the West 33 feet for road right of way.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
