NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 2012CA004374 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005--2 is the Plaintiff and MARK A JACKSON; HILARIE H JACKSON; AZALEA PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
