NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 04, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002219AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff, and RALPH DESO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204-A, BUILDING NO. 2-A, PHASE 2, SHOREWALK BATH & TENNIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1205, PAGE 77, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGES 131 THROUGH 143, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
